Example prices are a STARTING point for each category. Prices vary depending on grooming schedule, coat type/condition, size, temperament i.e. excitable, nervous or aggressive behavior

Smooth Coated Dogs
Smooth Chihuahua, Smooth Jack Russell, Bulldog etc.
Smooth coated dogs still require regular grooming to release dead hair, stimulating the skin and therefore improving blood flow. This also provides the opportunity to check your dog for any uninvited guests such as Fleas and Ticks.
Nails Only Appointment
Regular Nail Clipping is essential for all dogs to prevent discomfort when walking and to help the quicks to recede, which in turn will help to keep the nails as short as possible.
This is particularly important for your dog's dew claws as these will not be worn down naturally through excercise, so need to be maintained to avoid splintering or the claw ingrowing back into the pad.

Anal Gland Expression
Anal Glands can cause many problems for dogs.
If your dog is scooting, licking or scratching in the general area of their bottom or you smell a fishy smell, these are all associated with anal gland issues.
Teeth De-Scaling
Looking after your dog's teeth from an early age is the key to preventing problems which can lead to dental damage & disease.
This additional service can be booked as a stand alone appointment, or added to your dog's full groom and attended to at the same time.

These products are all made from top quality 100% natural ingredients, extracts from plants, flowers, herbs and fruits. They do not contain any chemical additives and are free from parabens and preservatives.

As part of their groom your dog will receive a Free Health and Wellbeing check (This is not a Vet Check and is only to bring to your attention any issues identified during their groom). I can also brush their teeth if you supply their toothbrush and doggy toothpaste. (Full Teeth De-Scaling is also available as a seperate service). I will give you a list of the treatments your dog has received following the groom and will discuss any findings from the health and wellbeing check before you leave
and a little extra something.....
Complimentary treats are available on the counter for owners to reward their dogs.
The 100% all natural treats pictured above are a firm favourite with our visitors....dried fish skins full of the good stuff and perfect for shiny coats and teeth. They are low fat, hypo-allergenic, free from wheat, gluten, dairy and soya with no additives or preservatives.
Note: Due to special dietary requirements, allergies and sensitive tummies, I will not offer treats to your dogs without your permission.
What I don't offer.....
As I am sure you are aware, there are different methods of drying dogs, including the use of Cabinet/Cage Dryers where your dog is left unattended in the drying cabinet.
I do not agree with this practice due to the associated dangers,therefore there are no cabinet dryers in my salon!
All dogs are dried by hand with a finishing dryer.
No to holding crates and pens.....
As I work to a well organised appointment schedule your dog will be ready to leave the salon at the pick up time you are given.
There are no holding crates or pens used either before, during or after the groom.

As the starting point is for a "Full MOT" the price's are fully inclusive, therefore your dog will receive everything it needs for it's coat type during their grooming session. The price is for the bath and clip only and other services are complimentary, so no discounts can be given if items are not required e.g nail clipping. I do NOT believe in add-on sales so you will not be pressurised to include additional items and treatments such as paw balm, mud packs, blueberry face wash, bows & bandanas. Sadly so often nowadays you will see groomers advertising base prices only for the actual price to be much higher than advertised once all the add-on's are taken into account. All you need to decide with me is whether you want to take advantage of my seperate Teeth De-Scaling service at the same time.
